Founded with a passion to redefine budget-friendly hospitality, we started with 12 rooms and one promise — great hospitality should not be a privilege of the few. Today, Tipsyy Inn Suites operates 24+ properties across 5+ states. Founded by Vijay Yadav, IHM Jaipur alumnus, on July 20, 2020 — at the height of a global pandemic — the frustration of a traveler became a movement.

Terms & Policies
Welcome to Tipsyy Inn Suites. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay for all guests, kindly adhere to the following policies. By checking in, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in
2. Guest Registration
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room
- Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the Front Desk and must provide valid identification
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest violating hotel policies
3. Nationality Policy
- At Tipsyy Inn Suites, Gurugram, accommodation is available only to Indian nationals
- All guests must present a valid government-issued Indian photo ID at check-in
- Foreign nationals and guests unable to provide valid Indian identification may be denied accommodation
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if required documents are not provided
4. Payment Policy
- Full or advance payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in
- Any outstanding charges must be settled before check-out
- Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded after room inspection
5. Room Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly followed as per room category
- Additional guests may be charged according to hotel policy
- Unauthorized occupancy may result in cancellation of the booking without refund
- For triple occupancy (three adults), mixed-gender occupancy is permitted only when a parental relationship exists among guests
- The hotel reserves the right to request valid ID or supporting documents to verify parental relationship
6. Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and indoor public areas
- Guests found smoking in prohibited areas may be charged a cleaning fee
- Consumption of alcohol must comply with local laws and hotel regulations
7. Damage & Loss
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property by themselves or their visitors
- Charges for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning will be billed to the guest
- The hotel is not responsible for loss of cash, valuables, jewellery, or personal belongings left unattended
8. Noise & Conduct
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Guests are requested to maintain decorum and avoid disturbing other guests
- Any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate eviction without refund
9. Safety & Security
- Guests are advised to keep valuables secured at all times
- The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings
- Cooking appliances, flammable materials, or dangerous items are not permitted in guest rooms
10. Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping services are provided as per hotel standards
- Guests may request additional housekeeping services through the Front Desk
11. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities, gambling, drug use, and possession of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden
- Violation of local laws or hotel policies may be reported to the appropriate authorities
12. Pet Policy
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by hotel management
13. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations more than 7 days prior to check-in: full refund of booking amount
- Cancellations 4-7 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of booking amount
- Cancellations within 3 days of check-in: no refund
- No-Show (guest fails to arrive without prior notice): no refund
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original mode of payment
14. Management Rights
- Hotel management reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or request a guest to vacate the premises for non-compliance
- Management decisions regarding guest safety, security, and hotel operations shall be final and binding
